Purchases
If you wish to make purchases of products described on the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You understand that any such information will be treated confidentially by Cosmetic House UK Ltd. You agree that all such information that you provide will be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties (other than VAT) relating to your purchases. The prices displayed on the Site are in Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Information about the availability of products which are sold directly by Cosmetic House UK Ltd can be found on the website (e. g. on the relevant product details page).
If it is not possible to make delivery to the buyer because the delivered goods do not fit through the buyer's entrance door, front door or stairwell exit or because the buyer cannot be found at the stated delivery address despite the delivery deadline having been notified to the buyer with reasonable advance notice, the buyer shall bear the costs for failure to make delivery. Unless specified otherwise, shipping costs shall be payable for the shipment of the ordered goods. Shipping costs within the United Kingdom are 5.99.
Right to cancel
Your right to dissolve an agreement for the sale of products, entered into through this Site, in accordance with the provisions on Consumer rights and any implementation thereof in national legislation, can only be exercised under the following conditions:
you must notify Cosmetic House UK Ltd (Biotell) by e-mail (info@biotell.com) or letter within 14 days after you have received the parcel containing the products, stating that you wish to exercise this right;
after having sent the notification as mentioned in paragraph 1, you must without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days, return, at your cost, the parcel to the address as indicated by Cosmetic House UK Ltd (Biotell) in the instructions you have received from Biotell by e-mail after your notification is processed;
after Cosmetic House UK Ltd has received the cancellation notice, Cosmetic House UK Ltd will refund within 14 days the purchase price, excluding any applicable taxes and duties other than VAT.
If you make use of your right to cancel you will be liable for the standard costs for the return delivery.

Return of opened products
In addition to the previous section on returning unopened products, in case you are not satisfied with any of Cosmetic House UK Ltd (Biotell) product that has been opened, you can also return this product (at your costs). Please note that under this Return Policy you may not receive a (full) refund in cases where the product has been used beyond what is deemed reasonable to trial the product. For example, a product that is empty or almost empty. This also applies to a product that has been damaged after you have received it. Please see our Return Policy page for instructions on how to return opened products.
Returns
At Cosmetic House UK Ltd we stand behind every product we sell.
If you are not satisfied with any Cosmetic House UK Ltd (Biotell) product, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of date of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price (not including shipping).
The fastest way to process your return:
First, contact us by e-mail at info@biotell.com before returning any product or parcel.

b. Indicate the reason for the return so we can improve our service and product quality
Finally, return your products in the original packaging and include the invoice and/or packing slip.
Discounts codes, offers and promotions
You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional materials. Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and cannot be converted into currency. A code may have an expiration date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials that cannot be modified.
When an order containing multiple items is placed using a promotional code, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The discount cannot be refunded.
The value of a discount code cannot be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.
Only one discount voucher may be used per order.
Category and product exemptions may apply for discounts and promotions.
We do not do price adjustments on any sale items.
Due date and payment, default
The buyer may settle the purchase price by credit card (Master/Visa/American Express), PayPal or in advance. Cosmetic House UK Ltd retains the right not to offer specific forms of payment in particular cases. In the event that the buyer falls into default in payment, Cosmetic House UK Ltd will be entitled to charge interest on arrears at an annual rate of 5% above the base rate of the Bank of England. If Cosmetic House UK Ltd demonstrably incurs higher costs as a result of default, Cosmetic House UK Ltd shall be entitled to charge these to the buyer.
Retention of title
Until full payment has been made the delivered goods shall remain the property of Cosmetic House UK Ltd.
Your Letters, Questions and Comments
You acknowledge and agree that, by sending Biotell and/or Cosmetic House UK Ltd your questions, whether in writing or by email, you grant to Biotell and/or Cosmetic House UK Ltd. at no cost a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, universal right and license to link to, use, reproduce, transmit, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, translate, and sublicense such material (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. Further, by submitting content to Biotell and/or Cosmetic House UK Ltd. , you represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant such rights and that the content you submit will not violate any right of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.
Use of Passwords
Use of any password-protected area of the Site is restricted to the individual who has been given permission and a password to enter such area (the "Authorized Party").
