Strengthening & Thickening Shampoo

This is a really nice effective shampoo. It has a runny texture and is easy to spread over my scalp. It provides a nice dense foam that lifts grease and dirt easily. It has a lovely fresh fruity scent which I really enjoy.

This shampoo contains some great ingredients such as caffeine, biotin and pro-vitamin b5. It does a good job at cleaning my hair without leaving it feeling dry. It gives a good amount of volume to my hair whilst leaving it feeling super healthy and frizz-free (when used alongside a good conditioner). I think this shampoo is reasonable value and would recommend it :)

I’ve been using these plantar fasciitis support insoles and they’ve made a noticeable difference, especially with heel pain. I got them mainly for extra arch support, and they do feel more supportive than the standard insoles that come with most shoes.The first thing I noticed was the high arch. It’s quite firm, which is good for support, but it did feel a bit strange at first.

Once I got used to it, it actually felt like my feet were being held in a better position, especially when walking or standing for longer periods.The Poron pads in the heel area are a nice touch. They add a bit of cushioning without making the insole feel too soft or unstable. It takes the edge off that sharp heel pain you sometimes get with plantar fasciitis.

Not a miracle fix, but definitely helps make things more comfortable day to day.They fit well in most of my shoes, though in tighter shoes they can make things feel a bit snug. I had to remove the original insoles to make space, which is pretty normal. Cutting them to size was straightforward enough.One thing to keep in mind is that they’re quite firm, so if you prefer really soft cushioning, these might not be for you.

They’re more about support than comfort in that soft, padded sense.I’d say these orthotic shoe inserts are a solid option if you’ve got flat feet, overpronation, or ongoing heel pain and want something practical. They’re not fancy, but they do what they’re meant to and make walking feel a bit easier.

I’ve used a few Biotell products now and generally find them to be high-performing, so I had high hopes for this Caffeine and Biotin shampoo. Overall, it feels like a very "boutique" experience.​First Impressions:The packaging is lovely—it’s a stylish 250ml bottle that looks great on the shower shelf. The shampoo itself has a really pleasant, clean scent that isn't too medicinal, which you sometimes get with "thickening" products.

One thing to be aware of: the liquid has a distinct red-brown colour. It’s not a problem, but it’s a bit of a surprise when you first squeeze it out! It doesn't stain in anyway but it looks more medical as a result​The Hair Experience:​Texture: It lathers up well and, most importantly, leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft once it's dry. It doesn't have that "stripped" or straw-like feel that some strengthening shampoos can cause.​Volume:

My hair definitely looks healthy and has a bit more "life" to it after washing.​The Claims: It’s packed with the right ingredients—Biotin, Caffeine, Vitamin E, and B5—which are all known for scalp health. However, like any hair-growth or thickening product, it’s hard to say after a short period if it truly "thickens" the hair long-term or stops hair fall. It’s more of a "wait and see" on the clinical promises, and something you woul need to use for a period of time,​Verdict:If you are looking for a high-quality, UK-made shampoo that smells great and leaves your hair feeling soft and nourished, this is a brilliant choice.

It feels like a premium product, and while the long-term thickening results are yet to be seen, the immediate wash quality is excellent.

Wouldn’t it be great if there really could be a shampoo that makes your hair thicker? This shampoo obviously can’t truly make your hair thicker, but it says that your hair will feel fuller and thicker? Does it live up to this claim?

Honestly, not in my case. It is a nice enough shampoo with a pleasant fragrance and it does get your hair nice and clean and feeling fresh, but I can’t say that my hair feels much different using this one than using a shampoo that is off-the-shelf and a lot cheaper.

However, there are three colouring agents listed amongst the ingredients, so I imagine the aim is to remind you of coffee.Caffeine, biotin and panthenol are known for their supposed promotion of luscious hair, so this shampoo may well suit some people. With colouring agents and alcohol it is probably not ideal for very sensitive scalps. It’s an individual choice.
