Directions Biotell Kids Multivitamin & Mineral Liquid

1-3 years: Half a 5ml spoonful daily, (2.5ml daily).
4-8 years: One 5ml spoonful daily.
9-13 years: Two 5ml spoonful's daily.
14 years & over: Two 5ml spoonful's twice a day.
Shake bottle well before use.
