Directions Biotell Omega 3 Liquid

Children 1-3 Years: Two 5ml spoonfuls daily.
Children 4-8 Years: Two 5ml spoonfuls twice a day.
Children 9-12 Years: Two 5ml spoonful’s two to three times a day.
Adults & Children over 13 Years: Three 5ml spoonful’s twice a day.
Shake bottle well before use.
